Veteran- & disability-led · an Emaration venture

Federal capability statements that cannot ship a fabricated fact.

VOSB Bid Studio captures a firm's voice and federal facts once, then renders sharp, on-voice, 508-aware capability statements from it. The differentiator no generic proposal shop ships: the deliverable is itself accessible, and every factual field traces to a firm-confirmed source or renders as a visible gap.

Illustrative example · not a real client

This sample is generated from a synthetic fixture: the firm “Northwind Compass Solutions LLC” is fictional, and every value in it — UEI, CAGE code, contract numbers, dollar figures, and contacts — is fabricated for demonstration (RFC 2606 test domains, placeholder identifiers). It is not a real Emaration client or a real capability statement. The file is named EXAMPLE_… for exactly this reason.

The one risk this retires first

A miscited NAICS, an overstated past-performance value, or a certification the firm does not hold is not a brand blemish — it can disqualify a bid and expose the firm to False Claims Act liability. So a document with any unsourced factual field cannot reach a deliverable state. It is enforced in code and proven by tests, not promised in marketing.

The no-fabrication gate

No unsourced values

A · Source-trace (hard block)

Every factual field is confirmed with complete provenance, or a visible gap (value null). A non-null value that is not confirmed is fabrication — and is blocked. Includes the cite-the-source check.
Honest gaps

B · Coverage

Required fields are confirmed or rendered as a visible “we still need this” marker. Delivery-blocking gaps force a watermarked DRAFT until confirmed.
@emaration/brand-voice

C · Brand voice (hard block)

The shared machine-enforceable brand gate runs on the rendered copy: banned words, the AI-image disclosure, and the EOCS pledge phrasing.
HITL is the moat

D · Signature

Deliverables require a human signature. Nothing is auto-sent or auto-submitted: a pass produces a file; a human transmits it.

508 built into the deliverable

Navigable structure

Real heading styles with outline levels, so assistive tech can move through the document.

Announced tables

Header rows are true header cells, announced by screen readers — not visual-only bolding.

Document metadata

Title, language, and creator are set so the file meets the baseline 508 document checks.

Built for the people we come from

Emaration is veteran- and disability-led, so the trust is real, not borrowed. 10% of net profit funds EOCS (Emaration's Outreach and Community Support).

Built with AI, reviewed by humans. The renderer never invents a value: every fact is either firm-confirmed with provenance or shown as a visible gap.
